The inspiration:

Part of the Forgiveness Collection, this piece endeavors to capture the open freedom of true forgiveness. I was going for the feeling of a big open field. It's warm but the sky is still a bit chaotic. It's wild, yet inviting. It's about the feeling when we choose to no longer be a victim of what others have done to us. Here is the poem I wrote specifically for this piece:

Your shirt soaked up the morning dew
But your eyes stayed shut
The grass poked into the divots of your ear
But your eyes stayed shut
Hours past
The sun warmed your back
You dared not believe the darkness gone
But you looked
And you were free
As far as the eye can see

Framing options for watercolor paper prints:

Your print will look incredible matted or fitted to size in a frame. If you matte your print, make sure to use acid-free tape to secure it to the matte. Each print is archival which means it is high quality and made to last a VERY long time. However, I recommend framing your print with a glass or acrylic cover for the best results. When framing handle with care and limit the amount of touching on the printed side. You can find affordable frames on Amazon, IKEA, target, etc.

Framing options for stretched canvas print:

Your canvas print can be hung with or without a frame! If you would like to frame it, I personally love the look of a floater frame! There are many options for this type of frame online OR you can check out your local frame shop. Make sure to choose one that can accommodate a 1.5” gallery wrap canvas!
